Kendra led the little chestnut out into the ring. She tightened the girth and jumped up onto him. She got herself adjusted into the western saddle. It had been a long time since she had been in her last rodeo, but she still hadn't forgot how to do it. When she was 13, she had a great little western horse that she barrel raced with all the time. She might as well try to train Fool's Gold here how to barrel race. She pointed him at the first barrel and asked for a trot, knowing they should take it slow at first.
